Westmore Beauty’s conversion rate and subscription sales were waning. The brand felt clinical and outdated. We took a chance on re-targeting a younger audience and focusing on products (and price points) that spoke to a larger age range.
I updated all creatives and brand identity to be more colorful and modern, and it worked. The rebrand efforts reinvigorated sales and engaged a new audience.
